We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes, so please review this page periodically.
Not medical advice
The content on this Site and the coaching we provide are for general fitness and educational purposes and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or any concerns. You participate in training at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits.
Consultation form & communications
When you submit the consultation form, the details you provide are stored in a database and your coach is notified so we can respond to you. By submitting the form, you consent to us contacting you about your request. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability of the site
You understand that temporary interruptions of the Site may occur as normal events beyond our control, and that we rely on third-party networks and services to make the Site available. The Site is provided "as is," and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness or availability of any information or for any failure to store or deliver communications.
Payment
This Site does not process payments directly. Any coaching payment is arranged and handled separately through third-party services, and we are not responsible for your payment interactions with those providers. Coaching fees and terms are described on the Site and confirmed with you directly.
