Strength doesn't have an age limit

Ange came to Ally Fitness ready to prove that getting older doesn't mean settling for less. Week by week, she's built real, functional strength — the kind that carries over into everyday life, not just the gym. Hear what it's taken to get here, in her own words.

The work behind the numbers

How these results happened

Nathan: 125+ pounds onto his squat

A 125-pound jump on a squat doesn't come from a lucky month. It comes from progressive programming: a full month of training planned at a time, form reviewed on video so a heavier squat is also a better squat, and a weekly check-in call to decide when to add weight and when to hold. That's the system Nathan trained inside — and in his own words, "I put on another 125+ pounds on my squat."

Debrah: 60 pounds down in under a year

Debrah's fat loss was coached the way all fat loss is coached here: no crash diets. A custom training program built around her life, nutrition guidance folded into the plan rather than bolted on, and a weekly call to review progress and adjust before small slips became stalls. Sixty pounds in under a year — and how she feels about it matters as much as the scale: "I lost 60 pounds in under a year and feel amazing."

Mason: fitness re-learned from the ground up

Not every result shows up as a number. Mason's biggest change was in what he knew: "I re-learned what I thought I knew about fitness." That's what happens when every session is laid out for you with the why attached, your form gets reviewed on video, and you can message your coach between calls instead of guessing. Programs end — the knowledge doesn't.

Ange: strength without an age limit

A note from your coach

How we measure results

Numbers like these only mean something if they're measured honestly. I track what actually matters and build your program around real progress instead of guesswork: a full month of training programmed at a time, a weekly check-in call — four a month — to review what your training actually shows, and form checked on video so the numbers reflect real lifts. As you get stronger, the plan evolves so progress keeps compounding instead of plateauing.

And I'll be straight with you: these are individual outcomes, and yours will depend on your starting point, your goals, and your consistency. Most people start feeling better and noticing progress within the first several weeks, with bigger changes building over the months that follow. I coach for sustainable progress that lasts — not quick fixes that don't. The full process is on how it works.

These are real outcomes from people who were simply open to the work. Strength, fat loss, and a completely new relationship with training — built one week at a time.
