Online Fat Loss Coaching

You don't need another crash diet, another 30-day challenge, or another app that guilt-trips you into quitting. You need a plan that fits your life and a coach who keeps you on it. That's what fat loss coaching with Ally Fitness is.

Why most fat-loss attempts fail

Roughly half of people who start a new fitness routine quit within six months — usually because the plan was never built for their real life in the first place. Extreme restriction, workouts you dread, and zero accountability are a recipe for the same frustrating cycle. Losing weight fast isn't the hard part. Keeping it off — and losing fat instead of muscle — is where a real coach earns their keep.

How we do it differently

As a NASM-certified coach, I build you a sustainable plan around three things that actually drive fat loss: progressive strength training to protect your muscle, a nutrition approach you can live with (no foods banned, no spreadsheets required), and consistent accountability so you don't drift. We track the right things — not just the scale — and we adjust as your body changes. The goal isn't to make you smaller for a month. It's to make you leaner, stronger, and able to stay that way.

Questions, answered

Fat-loss coaching, answered

Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
No. Nothing is banned here. Sustainable fat loss comes from your overall pattern — a moderate calorie deficit, plenty of protein, mostly whole foods — not from a forbidden-foods list. Foods you love fit in moderation, and that's a big part of why this approach lasts when crash diets don't.
Should I lift weights or do cardio to lose fat?
Lift — that part isn't optional in my coaching. In a calorie deficit, strength training signals your body to hold onto muscle, so the weight you lose is fat instead of muscle and your metabolism stays more resilient. Cardio can help create the deficit, but only doing cardio gives your body permission to let muscle go.
How fast will I lose the fat?
Honestly: it depends on your starting point and your consistency, and steady beats fast. A moderate pace protects your muscle and actually fits into real life; crash-diet pace strips muscle, tanks your energy, and usually ends in rebound. We track more than the scale and adjust your plan as your body changes.
Is nutrition coaching included, or is it extra?
It's included. Nutrition and habit guidance is built into your coaching — an approach you can live with, no foods banned, no spreadsheets required — alongside your training program, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me between sessions.
