Find your starting point
Six quick questions, no email required. I'll point you to the right focus and a starting plan — then you can book a free consult to map it out.
What's your #1 goal right now?
What the assessment actually looks at
The six questions aren't random — they're the same things I'd ask you on a consult call. Your #1 goal, your training experience, where you'll actually train, your age range, how many days a week you can realistically commit, and what's gotten in your way before. A plan that ignores your schedule, your equipment, or your history is a plan you'll quit — so the assessment starts with your life, not an idealized week.
Your answers point to one of five coaching focus areas. Treat it as a starting point, not a diagnosis — we refine it together on your free consultation.
The five focus areas it can recommend
Every result lands on one of the five focuses I actually coach — each is a real program, not a template:
- Fat Loss →
Lean out and keep your muscle — no crash diets.
- Build Muscle →
Progressive programming, full gym or dumbbells.
- Strength & Stability →
Power plus the control to use it safely.
- Longevity 40+ →
Stay strong, mobile & independent for decades.
- Athletic Performance →
Train for hiking, skiing, running & sport.
What happens after your result
Your result screen gives you a recommended focus and a concrete starting point. From there, the next step is a free, no-pressure consultation: we talk through your goals and I tell you honestly whether coaching with me is the right fit — and if it isn't, I'll point you somewhere better. If we work together, your first month covers full onboarding and the build of your initial program: a custom plan built around your goals, your equipment, and your schedule, with a weekly check-in call to keep you progressing. See the full process on how it works.
Never trained before? That's fine
The assessment asks about your experience for a reason: the recommendation is built for where you are today, not where a fitness app assumes you should be. If you're brand new, we keep the early weeks simple and build confidence before adding complexity. And you don't need a gym membership or special equipment — I build your program around whatever you have, from a full commercial gym to a pair of dumbbells at home.
