Ally Fitness ("Company," "we," "us," or "ALLY Fitness, LLC") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how the ally-fitness.com website ("Site") and our related online coaching offerings (together, the "Services") collect, use, and protect information about you. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll post a prominent notice on the Site and update the date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information. Personally identifiable information (PII) is information that identifies you individually — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the goals and details you share when you book a free consultation or message us. We only collect PII that you choose to give us.
Aggregate information does not identify you on its own. As you browse, we may collect things like the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your browser type, and a general (not precise) location derived from your IP address, to understand how the Site is used.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your consultation request, deliver and personalize your coaching, communicate with you about your training, and improve the Site and our Services. We use aggregate information to analyze Site usage, diagnose technical issues, and make the Site better. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes without telling you.
Consultation form, storage & notifications
When you submit the consultation form, the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us about your goals) are transmitted securely and stored in a database so we can follow up with you, and your coach is notified of the new submission so we can respond. Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and form submissions are processed and stored using Cloudflare services on our behalf. We do not sell this information, and we use it only to respond to you and provide coaching.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to measure how the Site is used — for example, which pages you visit, which ones lead to a consultation request, and how many guides are downloaded.
For that measurement we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz. Zaraz runs the analytics code on Cloudflare's servers instead of in your browser, and we have it trim your IP address before any data reaches Google. This sets first-party cookies on ally-fitness.com — not cookies belonging to Google — whose only job is to tell one returning visitor from another. We do not enable Google's advertising features, remarketing, or ad personalization, and we never send your name, email address, or phone number to Google.
You can opt out at any time. We honor the browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals — when either one is set, we send no analytics events at all, neither to Google nor to our own records. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, use a tracking-prevention extension, or install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
When we share information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your PII. We may share limited information with trusted service providers solely so they can perform services for us; their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. Today those providers are Cloudflare (hosting, form processing, and storage) and Google (Google Analytics 4, which receives only aggregate usage data with your IP address trimmed — never your name, email address, or phone number). We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order, or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Accessing & updating your information
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We'll honor reasonable requests, though some information may remain in our records or backups where retention is required or technically unavoidable.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, and limit access to those who need it to serve you. However, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Minors
This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
