Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information. Personally identifiable information (PII) is information that identifies you individually — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the goals and details you share when you book a free consultation or message us. We only collect PII that you choose to give us.
Aggregate information does not identify you on its own. As you browse, we may collect things like the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your browser type, and a general (not precise) location derived from your IP address, to understand how the Site is used.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your consultation request, deliver and personalize your coaching, communicate with you about your training, and improve the Site and our Services. We use aggregate information to analyze Site usage, diagnose technical issues, and make the Site better. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes without telling you.
Consultation form, storage & notifications
When you submit the consultation form, the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us about your goals) are transmitted securely and stored in a database so we can follow up with you, and your coach is notified of the new submission so we can respond. Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and form submissions are processed and stored using Cloudflare services on our behalf. We do not sell this information, and we use it only to respond to you and provide coaching.
Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure how the Site is used — for example, page views and form-submission counts. Any analytics we use is configured to limit the data collected and to avoid storing your full IP address or any personally identifying details. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or a tracking-prevention extension.
When we share information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your PII. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as our hosting and form-processing provider) solely so they can perform services for us; their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
