Fitness has been part of my whole life — first through sports, and just as much as the thing that kept me grounded when life got stressful. Over time I realized the part I loved most wasn't my own training; it was helping someone else get where they wanted to go.

There's nothing better than reaching a goal with someone — watching it click and seeing them surprise themselves. That's why I started Ally Fitness.

My background

I'm a lifelong athlete — I competed in football and track, and I've coached football at multiple levels, so I know what it takes to build real performance and bring out the best in people. Today I'm also completing a double major in Analytics and Management at the University of Denver, and that shapes how I coach: I'm organized, I track what actually matters, and I build your program around real progress instead of guesswork. I hold my NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential and an AED/CPR certification, and I'm always learning from coaches with far more experience than me — because the day you stop learning is the day you stop getting better for your clients.

Why I coach online

I built Ally Fitness around a simple belief: great coaching shouldn't depend on your zip code, your schedule, or whether you can afford $90 an hour to stand next to a trainer in a gym. Coaching online lets me work with you wherever you are — your home, your apartment gym, a hotel, or a commercial gym down the street — and build a program around your life instead of a studio's calendar. You get real expertise, more flexibility, and a price that actually makes sense.

How I coach

"Your life doesn't revolve around my program —
my program revolves around your life."

I'm not going to hand you a rigid plan that ignores your schedule, your job, or your body and then wonder why it didn't stick. I build your training around you, and we adjust as life happens. Here's how it works month to month: I program a full month of training built for your goals and your equipment, and every week we hop on a check-in call to review your progress, troubleshoot, and keep you moving forward. You're never left guessing or going it alone.

And my goal goes past the workout. I'm not just here to teach you about sets and reps — I'm here to actually make your life better: stronger, healthier, more confident, and more capable in the things that matter to you.

Who I love working with

Honestly, it's not about a "type" of person. I've helped people lose significant weight, train around injuries, build muscle, get more athletic, get stronger, and build the kind of fitness that adds healthy years to their life. What every one of them shared was simple: an openness to work on their health and fitness. If you're open to the work, I'm all in with you.

A little about me

When I'm not coaching, I'm usually training and challenging myself — I genuinely love being in shape — cheering on the Denver Broncos, or hanging out with my dogs. I'm Denver-based, and I coach clients here and across the country, all online. If that sounds like the kind of coach you've been looking for, let's talk.
