How we do it differently

As a NASM-certified coach, I build you a sustainable plan around three things that actually drive fat loss: progressive strength training to protect your muscle, a nutrition approach you can live with (no foods banned, no spreadsheets required), and consistent accountability so you don't drift. We track the right things — not just the scale — and we adjust as your body changes. The goal isn't to make you smaller for a month. It's to make you leaner, stronger, and able to stay that way.
